If you live in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, you already know that this area has developed very fast. Vashi is not just a residential location; it is a complete education-focused, career-focused and family-oriented zone. Students here go to good schools, parents are highly aware, coaching options are available, online lectures are everywhere, books are available, test series are available, but still one common problem remains: Physics does not become clear for many studentsPhysics Tutor in Vashi Mumbai by Kumar Sir for IIT JEE Physics, NEET Physics, CBSE, ICSE, Class 11 and Class 12 students. The problem is not that students are not intelligent. The problem is that Physics cannot be handled only by memorising formulas. Physics needs concept clarity, imagination, diagram reading, force analysis, mathematical thinking and step-by-step reasoning.
A student may remember that weight acts downward, tension acts along the string, normal reaction acts perpendicular to the surface, friction opposes relative motion, but when a real question comes in the exam, the student gets confused. Why? Because the student has not learnt how to draw a proper Free Body Diagram.
In mechanics, if the Free Body Diagram is wrong, the whole question becomes wrong. If you do not know where weight acts, where tension acts, where normal acts, where pseudo force acts, where friction acts, then Newton’s Laws become only formulas, not understanding.
This is where Kumar Sir focuses on the root level. At Kumar Physics Classes, Physics is not taught like a collection of formulas. It is taught like a logical story. First the situation is understood, then the diagram is made, then forces are marked, then equations are written, and finally the answer comes naturally.
For students preparing for IIT JEE Physics, NEET Physics, Class 11 Physics, Class 12 Physics, CBSE Physics, ICSE Physics, IB Physics, IGCSE Physics, A-Level Physics and AP Physics, this kind of concept-based teaching becomes very important.
Many students in Vashi attend big coaching classes. That is good. Coaching gives practice, test environment and competition. But sometimes in a big batch, a student cannot ask every small doubt. Sometimes the student feels shy. Sometimes the teacher moves fast. Sometimes the student understands the formula but does not understand where to apply it.
For example, in a simple pulley question, students may know:
Tension acts along the string.
Weight acts vertically downward.
Normal reaction acts perpendicular to contact surface.
Friction acts opposite to relative motion or tendency of motion.
But still they make mistakes because they do not draw the body separately. Kumar Sir explains that every object must be isolated first. Then all external forces must be shown. This is the real meaning of Free Body Diagram.
Once FBD becomes clear, Newton’s Laws become easy. Once Newton’s Laws become easy, work-energy, circular motion, rotation and SHM also become easier. This is why Kumar Sir always says: Physics starts from clarity, not from fear.
If you are living in Vashi and your marks are not improving in Physics, then the first step is not to buy one more book. The first step is to check whether your basics are clear or not. If your basics are weak, then more questions will only create more frustration.
At Kumar Physics Classes, students are guided personally. Doubts are cleared from the root. Concepts are explained slowly and logically. Numerical practice is done step by step. The aim is not only to complete syllabus, but to make the student confident.
A NEET student may be strong in Biology and Chemistry, but Physics often becomes the deciding subject. A JEE student may be strong in Maths, but Physics requires imagination and application. A Class 11 student may suddenly feel that school Physics is much harder than Class 10. A Class 12 student may feel pressure because board exams and competitive exams both are coming together.
In all these cases, the student needs a teacher who can explain Physics in a simple, practical and exam-oriented way. Kumar Sir teaches with patience, clarity and personal attention.
So if you are searching for Physics Tutor in Vashi Navi Mumbai, then do not wait until marks fall more. Contact Kumar Physics Classes and start building concepts properly.

How Many Hours Should Class 11 and 12 Students Study for NEET and IIT JEE Physics?
Many students hear stories like, “I studied only two hours a day and got selected,” or “I never made notes, I just listened once and remembered everything.” These stories sound attractive, but for most students they are dangerous. They create a false dream that success in NEET or IIT JEE can come with very little effort.
The truth is simple: if someone says he studied only two or three hours daily and cleared IIT JEE or NEET with a great rank, either he is hiding the real effort, or he is an exceptional genius — one in lakhs. Normal students should not build their strategy on rare examples.
Kumar Sir always tells students one thing clearly: selection needs hard work, regularity and deep concept clarity. Physics is not a subject that becomes strong by watching one lecture casually. Physics needs thinking, practice, revision and doubt clearing.
In Class 11 and Class 12, the syllabus is huge. Mechanics, electrostatics, current electricity, magnetism, optics, modern physics, waves, thermodynamics — every chapter has concepts, formulas, derivations and numerical applications. If a student wants to prepare seriously for NEET Physics or IIT JEE Physics, then daily disciplined study is compulsory.
A serious student should study at least 6 to 8 focused hours daily apart from school time if he or she is preparing for competitive exams. Out of this, Physics should get at least 2 to 3 hours daily, especially in Class 11 when the foundation is being built. If Physics is weak, then the student may need even more time.
But studying for long hours does not mean sitting with books and wasting time. Real study means:
understanding concepts,
solving questions,
checking mistakes,
revising formulas,
making short notes,
clearing doubts,
and attempting tests honestly.
For Physics, the best method is not memorisation. The best method is concept → formula → application → numerical → revision.
For example, in mechanics, a student must understand Free Body Diagram properly. Weight acts downward. Tension acts along the string. Normal reaction acts perpendicular to the surface. Friction acts opposite to relative motion or tendency of motion. If these basics are not clear, then Newton’s Laws will always create confusion.
Similarly, in current electricity, students should not only remember formulas. They must understand why current remains same in series, why potential difference remains same in parallel, why Kirchhoff Current Law is based on conservation of charge and why Kirchhoff Voltage Law is based on conservation of energy.
Many students in Mumbai get distracted by the fast lifestyle, glamour, malls, social media, reels, outings and peer pressure. Mumbai is full of energy, but that energy can either build your career or waste your time. If you are preparing for NEET or IIT JEE, you cannot afford to live only in the shine of the city. You must create your own disciplined world.
A student who wants selection must learn to say no. No to unnecessary phone usage. No to late-night scrolling. No to fake motivation videos. No to comparing with toppers who say they studied very little. Your competition is not with their words. Your competition is with your own preparation.
Kumar Sir says that most students do not fail because they are weak. They fail because they are irregular. They study one day for ten hours and then waste three days. This does not work. Competitive exams reward consistency.
A good daily routine can be like this:
Morning: revise formulas and previous mistakes.
School/Coaching time: listen carefully and mark doubts.
Evening: solve Physics numericals topic-wise.
Night: revise what was studied and write doubts for the next class.
For Class 11 students, the first target should be foundation. Do not run behind advanced books from day one. First understand NCERT-level concepts, then coaching modules, then previous year questions, then advanced problems.
For Class 12 students, the target should be balance. They must manage board syllabus, competitive exam preparation and revision of Class 11 chapters. Many students ignore Class 11 and later suffer badly because mechanics and basic electricity are connected to many higher chapters.
The biggest mistake students make is passive learning. Watching lectures is not enough. Reading solutions is not enough. You must solve questions with your own hand. Physics enters the brain through thinking and enters confidence through practice.
If a student says, “Sir, I understood everything in class but I cannot solve questions,” it means the concept is not yet active. Understanding is the first step. Application is the real test.
At Kumar Physics Classes, Kumar Sir focuses exactly on this gap. He explains concepts from the root, gives personal attention, clears doubts and teaches students how to think in Physics. Whether the student is preparing for NEET, IIT JEE, Class 11, Class 12, CBSE, ICSE, IB, IGCSE, A-Level or AP Physics, the focus remains the same: clarity first, marks later.
Students should remember that there is no shortcut to real success. There may be rare students who remember everything after one reading. But you should not plan your life according to rare cases. You should plan according to discipline, effort and reality.
If you want selection, study seriously. If Physics is weak, fix it early. If doubts are pending, clear them immediately. If marks are not improving, change your method, not your dream.
Mumbai may shine outside, but your real shine will come from your result. The city will always have distractions, but your career needs focus. NEET and IIT JEE are not impossible, but they demand honesty.
So do not believe every story that says, “I studied only two hours and got selected.” Believe in your own hard work. Study daily. Practise daily. Revise daily. Ask doubts daily.
And if Physics is troubling you, contact Kumar Sir.
